Based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, our team members are trusted as honest brokers to manage conferences throughout the region on behalf of government departments and individual companies looking to grow sales within the GCC states.
Over the past 15 years we have managed over 100 conferences attended by over 12,000 participants. While each conference is different, we are often hired by clients to establish a conference from scratch. This process includes delivering an end-to-end solution including developing a conference theme and name, identifying and sensitively managing relevant stakeholders and sponsors, building budgets, organising speakers, and handling all aspects of event promotion, marketing and PR.
